International Shipping:

  • We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
  • International delivery times vary by location and typically take 7-21 business days.

Shipping Carriers:

  • Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx International.

Order Tracking:

  • A shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped.
  • Track your order on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Berserk Merchandise is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Berserk Merchandise is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
